        Q:I have a 24 bi-fold, (JII103A). There is a one piece upper track that's only 12 in length. Should there be another piece? If not, can you supply updated instructions since the track won't traverse the entire 24 opening?

                      A:  Chris is right and Jeldwin answer is wrong appears they don’t understand the question just copy paste predefined answers. The actual door size is the same as opening, which can’t be true. Your own documentation says the opening should be 1/4 bigger
