A:  Thank you for your interest. This v2500 bronze painted double hung features painted bronze exterior only surface on white only interior. Currently we do not offer a product with the bronze painted surface toward the interior with white exterior. Other colors we have for interior matching exterior are almond and desert sand in addition to white.

A:  Thank you for allowing us to assist you today. This v2500 double hung window features sash locks that allow the window to meet forced entry requirements as certified. The locks works only when the sash are in the fully closed position. There are other Window Opening Control Devices that are available for purchase on this window when ordered using the in-store special order catalog. These WOCD's are designed to limit opening for ventilation only and not intended for safety or security. If you are interested, please visit a store near you so a millwork associate may help quote or order what you need.

If you are interested in some factory-supplied color options for this window, JELD-WEN offers select colors on-line at www.homedepot.com or through the special order catalog program at your local Home Depot store. The exterior (only) vinyl parts of this window may be white, almond, desert sand, and a small selection of applied exterior only colors including black, chestnut bronze, and dark chocolate. The Hartford Green color you may be noticing is not available in the vinyl 2500 series product line, only in the vinyl 4500 series product line. A:  The window you are looking at is grills between glass, shortened to GBG, for reference sake. Grills outside the glass, or simulated divided lite, SDL, would cost at least twice the price as it is more costly to manufacture.
