                  A:  The screen is full length & width of window on the outside. From inside the house, there are two tabs on the right side of the screen that you pull to your left and the screen comes out; it is held by tension springs on the left side of the screen. To have access to the pull-tabs, you lift the bottom window up about 6 inches, and you pull the top window down about 6 inches. When you release the screen from its enclosure, you can grab the screen Frame with one hand, and then guide the screen into your home at an angle; you may lift the bottom window up a bit more to do this. BTW: it's a solid/good window; I recommend it. Mark in NY
