      Q:I need to order Jeldwen screens for a specific size window. I am told that I can do this with Home Depot but getting someone on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE ... trying to communicate here.

      A:  We do not sell directly to the homeowner so, yes you will need to do it through the Home Depot store. You would need to provide the store with either the frame size measurements or the glass code from the window you are trying to get the screens for. The actual screen size measures: 35 7/8 X 62 25/32 so it will fit our window. If you have specific screen size you need, please visit a Home Depot store near you to place on via the in-store special order program.

                  Q:In late 2014, I bought 6 Jen Weld replacement screens. On the packing slip this info: double hung screen 3216 3-OX3-2 White Charcoal Mesh Scn Dim: 35 7/8 x 38 25/32 (THD) I'd like to get 6 more, the same size, and some in a larger dimension...would have to measure but they are probably 35 7/8 x 48 or close to that. Are the screens I bought still available? do they come in other sizes? Thanks
