A:  Thank you for your inquiry. To remove the screen, grasp the tabs and lift up to compress the springs at the top. The bottom edge of the screen swings out over the leg on the sill to the exterior. The screen can then be pulled away from the window. Reverse the process to replace the screen. A:  Then this is not the wright window.. This window is for new construction.. They do make a GREAT replacement window from the same company and Home Depot carry's just what you need. There is a special way you will have to measure, so it's best to see a Home Depot associate at the store and they will give you all the help you'll need. I purchased about 100 replacement insert windows from HD a few years ago for my apartment building and the are still working.
