A: You could, but it would then be rather tippy. You'll have a few TV dinners all over the floor. Also, the feet are not very thick, so drilled holes in them would further weaken them. I'd cut a rectangle of plywood, put the casters on it (like a mini-dolly), and screw the plywood to the bottoms of the feet. If it's too unstable, just remove the mini-dolly...you haven't ruined the table. Use the dolly for a heavy potted plant.

A: Garbage product from a garbage store. You get what you expexted from a obsolete company. Table is not only smaller than the actual dimensions, it is also not sturdy and unreliable.
