    A:  Hi APB1, thanks for the question. The sink flange's inner dimension is 3-3/8 inches. It fits a standard 3-1/2-inch (90-mm) drain opening.

          Q:We had installed a Sinkerater stainless steel model SST-FLTR, SERIAL# 10129425966 10 yrs ago. My wife swears it leaking from the “tank” I don’t see it, but regardless can I buy just the tank itself? I’m not able to find a matching tank.

If the leak appears to be coming from the tank itself and not from any of the tubing, you can replace the tank with the model HWT-00 (tank only) or the HWT-F1000S (tank with filtration system), and both will work with your existing faucet.             Q:I have a HWT-F1000S with filtration system that is no longer heating like it should...just lukewarm to very warm. I would like to replace just the heater. Will the HWT-00 work for this purpose? Is the filtration hook up just the same?

            A:  Hi Pilger, thank you for your question. Yes, you can replace it with the HWT-00. It's the same exact tank as the HWT-F1000S, and you can keep the same filtration system.

              A:  Hi Steveco52, Thanks for reaching out. The faucet's supply line is 1/4'' in size, and we'd recommend that you install a T-fitting that has a dedicated water control valve with 1/4" compression fitting. We don't have a specific link for this, but you can find a T-fitting at any plumbing supply house.
