A:  Mike, Its a judgment call on your end as there are many factors that could effect the outcome. In general, we recommend installing the the track directly on top of your carpet AFTER the carpet is installed if the carpet is running inside the closet. A:  Mike, The S292 is a framed door so that the frame actually becomes your handle for pulling open and closed. There are no applique handles for the S292 model. The SP2 model is a frameless model so we supply the appliques as handles as there is nothing else to grab to open and closed like the framed model.

A:  Thank you onerebecca. Our top track actually has 2 sides with 2 different details so customers can choose which they like better. Unfortunately neither is smooth. A:  mike, It sure does. They are set of small glass-like plastic appliques that mount to the face of each panel that complement the mirror surface and most importantly dont interfeere with the sliding action of the door. Thank you.

A:  john, Unfortunately we do not currently offer a brass finish. Our doors are available with either Chrome or White trim. The White is paintable if you are looking for a custom color. Thank you.

A:  You could order the 72" x 80" model ans you would simply cut down the top and bottom track. Any good hacksaw or a metal blade on a power saw will do the job. You will also have a little extra overlap in the middle but most folks dont really care about that since the alternative is a more costly custom-sized unit. Thank you for your question. Carlos
