      A:  not sure if it will work with the ring system..i bought one motion sensor with this ...and i use a Blink system to see with...the remote turns on the siren and the motion sensor makes the alarm sound...you have to turn it on before you leave the house

        A:  Do you mean you have a dialer from Ideal Security? If yes, you can link the siren with the dialer. The dialer becomes one of the linked sensor in the siren. Then when the dialer is triggered, the siren will be triggered too. The dialer and the siren cannot be triggered by phoning in.

                A:  The batteries would last for two weeks max if AC is out. The AC adapter output is 6V Dc 500mA. Check out our FAQ section on our website for more info.

                  A:  Yes, it will on battery, not sure how long the batters will last. Mine was installed inside so I had power available. .6 amps

                    A:  Yes, the alarm cycles are the same as activated by sensors. No, you cannot keep the alarm ON all the times.

                      A:  The remote should be within 160 ft (50 m) from the siren.

                      A:  The distance from remote to siren is up to 130 ft (40m) depending on how many obstacles there are in between them. Always test the range before permanently mounting the siren.
