Answer This Question
A: you can use this as long as the maximum inlet pressure of the regulator is higher than your outlet pressure on the air compressor

A: It will work on any compressor as long as 1) you can find the right combination of pipe fittings to plumb it in (should not be a problem) and B) your compressor's limit switch is not set higher than the maximum input pressure of this regulator. iii) Be aware that this is only a regulator, not a pressure switch.

Q:I HAVE HAD THIS FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS AND IT IS NOW NOT WORKING. DO THEY HAVE A GASKET KIT TO REBUID IT, OR AM I GOING TO REPACE IT?

A: There are no rebuild kits available for this regulator.

A: I do not know if they sell a rebuild kit. I have tried rebuilding regulators in the past - I'm in production Maintenance. Even the higher end regulators are usually not worth rebuilding. 8 years is a good run. If they do sell a kit, it would need to include the spring, pressure plate, adjustment shaft and all O-Rings.
Usually it is more cost effective to just replace.

A: Step 1 unlock the regulator adjusting knob by pulling knob away from regulator. Step 2 turn the regulator adjusting knob counterclockwise until no load is on regulating spring. Step 3 turn on the air pressure Supply and turned the adjusting knob clockwise until the desired Outlet pressure is reached. Push the regulator adjusting knob tour the regulator to lock and desired pressure.

A: Not sure of your exact issue but a couple of suggestions...Make sure you unlock the regulating knob by pulling it upwards to unlock it so it will rotate. It has to rotate a few turns before the pressure level starts to register. And make sure the air pressure going into the regulator is on before adjusting the level.

A: Pull the knob up until it clicks. Screw the knob CW to raise pressure and CCW to lower pressure. If you unscrew to far (CCW) the knob will come off in your hand - if this happens - line it back up and screw it back in some. Once adjustment is done, bump the know back down to the Locked Position.

A: I had a wack of paper work with mine. being an old timer I did not look at it:>) I pulled up on the top and screwed it down until the pressure rose to the pressure I wanted, and then pushed it back down into the castellated keepers. It does have to have pressure in the line, and the input air and the output air have to be on the correct side as indicated by the airflow arrows on the top.
