Q:What size bulb does it take and does it have to be LED? Also, can it be increased if it's only a 75 Watt bulb? I'm looking for something that provides a lot of light as the one I have now is too dim for my liking. Thanks for your help.

A: Hello anabana,
The Sonic model uses one, 9 watt LED bulb. You can use different bulbs with this fan as long as the bulb wattage does not exceed 14 watts per socket and the socket base of the bulb is the same.
Thank you!

No, since the Sonic fan model is not manufactured with pull chains, you will need to use the included remote control to operate the fan speeds and lighting. Have a wonderful day!

A: We couldn’t hook it up that way. The remote controls both the light and the fan speed. Our fan is wired to a a switch. The switch must be on for the fan and light to work. They have a very helpful customer support department. They should be able to give you expert advice.
