A: I don’t think so from the remote. There is a switch in the fan above the blades to change the direction.

Q:Why are the bulbs yellow when turned on? How do i get white lighting? I can’t see in my bedroom. Also the holes in the fan blades are backwards. My husband said the screws only fit with the flat side down. I’ m very disappointed.

You may need to get the types of bulbs with the same base at a higher wattage. Check the filament where the brightness arc is and you can tell if it is somewhat yellow or will glow white. As I remember the fan blades can go either way but the proper way is with the router edge side down.

A: Dimensions won't help.
Get the SKU # & Model number / they are on the top of the fan.
Then Call Hampton Bay Fans at 800-430-3376. That is the Order Team phone number.
Note - you will have to have the SKU # as a minimum for them to look up the globe.

A: Have you checked the power to make sure a breaker hasn’t tripped? I would check to make sure you have 120 volts at the switch and the fan before proceeding with receiver.
