Q:the pull chain for the light broke off and i'am unable to turn the light on. how do i fix this?

A:  I am very sorry that this happened to your light kit. I can understand you wanting to reach a resolution quickly. For this situation, there are two things you can do: 1) if there is enough chain hanging from the light kit, then you may want to try a pull chain connector & extension chain. This will still allow to use the pull chain & light. 2) if the pull chain broke & it is in the light kit rod, then you will need to replace the light kit. Once you have the model number of the fan or light kit, we can check for the replacement light kit. The model number of the fan & light kit will begin with a 2 or a 5.     A:  Hello brunno, The bottom most tip of the finial should unscrew. This will allow you to lower the cover and access the remainder of the chain. A new chain can then be added on. I hope this helps. Cheers, Chris

      Q:I see that this finial is compatable with most Hunter Ceiling fans. Do you happen to know if it has two holes for the two pull chains to go through?

      A:  Thank you for your interest in a Hunter product. The accessory cap and finials are compatible with the accessory bowl light kits. On the accessory cap and finial there is a hole to feed the light chain and a hole to feed the fan chain.
