Q:What remote replaces it?

A:  The following remote replaces this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Hunter-White-Indoor-Universal-Hand-Held-Remote-Control-99119/205429611 However, please note that 27206 uses dip switches to pair with the receiver while 99119 uses a learning synchronization program. This means the receiver will have to be replaced along with the remote. ~Kevin

      A:  Thank you for your question! I am very sorry that your receiver is not working. I assure you that I am here to help. Since your receiver is connected by 9 nine pins, it is called an "integrated" receiver. This means this is the only receiver you can use with your fan. A replacement receiver is available. It has been upgraded to part number 8506904000. The compatible remote has upgraded to part number 8509501000 as well. The upgraded remote & receiver are available.
