Q:I am missing the parts that hold the wheels. How can I get a replacement or a spare part?

A:  Over the years I have found that customer service is happy to send out missing parts free of charge. Check your assembly brochure and see if there is a 1 800 for the garment rack manufacturer. Be polite and tell them that you are missing parts and see if they will ship them for free

    A:  Contact the company directly who makes it and they will send you a whole new garment rack at no cost to you. Do not bring it back to the store as they will not accept it.
