Q:Can this be installed 90 degrees from normal upright installation? The sillcock I currently have is so low to the ground you can barely attach a hose. Will rotating the installation cause leaking at the anti siphon valve? Thanks!

It will cause the water to not drain and it will then freeze and damage the sillcock.
