Q:Is there a percentage of bad boards in a case of Home Legend high gloss oak gunstock solid boards and are the boards the same length?

          Answer This Question

A:  The planks in the HL110S should not have more than 5% total waste/bad boards in their cases. If they do, the case would be eligible for return. The planks are random lengths.

A:  Manufacturer claims 5% of bad boards.... more like 30% due to different widths of boards. Many of which can be used, if installed in same row as other boards with same width. Makes for a painfully slow install by having to sort through every board and check width! Otherwise, when it was all installed, it looks awesome! No boards are staggered length, at first I was not sure I would like this, but it looks great!
