A: Not sure about that....as you see, it has three double hooks which are sturdy, but I wouldnt want to put any wet or damp, dripping coats over the cushion! I would think the bottom shelf could hold maybe 3 boots....and the seat is perfect for sitting down and putting on, taking off boots..
