A:  The shelf is 17” down from the top. I had to cut a lot of it away in order to accommodate my plumbing. However, this cut-away does not show. I really like the cabinet.

A:  Unfortunately I sold the house and can’t measure it. However, if it’s new construction remember to count the height needed for the P- trap.

A:  It doesn’t look like there was a pre-cut opening. It looks as if the installer had to cut the holes for the pipe from sink and hot and cold water pipes. Also, he had to cut a hole in the bottom of the cabinet because the pipe from sink dipped a little below the bottom. You cannot see the part that comes below, unless you get on the floor to look for it. I’ve included pictures. You may have to click on pics to see entire picture. We’re very pleased with the vanity. It looks great in our half bath nicely.

A:  i flip houses and put this in place myself. i wouldnt have known it wasnt all solid wood without seeing the question. it is very sturdy and looks great inside and out. i put a blue vessel bowl on top of it with whitish granite and it looked very cool. i will absolutely use it again if i have the right spot.
