      Q:i love the style it looks great When I first put it in my bathroom it had a terrible odor After many weeks it still smells I would like to keep it but the odor is awful Do you think its just the one I purchased? Thanks

          A:  We have had ours for 2 years now and there is no smell. I think originally there was a smell but it went away quickly. We also bleached the interior.

                            A:  If it arrived with a large chip, I would have Home Depot replace it. Sometimes if you call the 800 number than can just send one piece. Arriving damaged will be replaced.

                                  Q:There’s this hinge that inserts through the hole on each side of the bottom front of the hamper and is like a button that you push as you place the hamper in and it keeps the tilt out hamper in place.
