A:  can I get blinds 94 inches wide

A:  I do not have an answer at this time as I have just asked a question. I need an answer on the sizes per my request, It goes like this, 46 1/2 wide on 42 in high actual size. The R/O is 47 in by 39 1/2 in. Can you make me a blind with those sizes? 461/2 by 42 in ?

If you want to install the blinds inside the window frame, you will measure for an “inside mount.” If the window treatments are to be installed on the wall or moulding around the window, measure for “outside mount.” Best wishes on your project.
