      A:  Thank you for your question regarding the 9' PATIO UMBRELLA. This is a miss print as this is NOT a cantilever umbrella. A cantilever umbrella is simply an outdoor umbrella used to provide shade which is attached to a single freestanding pole on only one end (instead of in the center as one is used to seeing). Yes, we have a few Cantilever umbrellas. Just put the words "cantilever umbrella" in the search box at the top of any page and hit enter and a selection of them will appear. The base for this umbrella is sold separately. We have several varieties and weights that are available for the base on the Home Depot web site. The unit, without the base, weighs 19 lbs.
