A:  Thank you for reaching out to us. The best way to take a blind out from the brackets is to take a screw driver, push down on the tab behind the shade on the bracket and it will release the shade. - SS

A:  Kindly note the shade works with a self-adjusting mechanism. To activate the system, gently lower the shade to the full extension of the height and then raise the bottom rail back up to the headrail. The customer should start to feel the tension tighten. Repeat until the shade works as it should.
