A:  The 10” wide tilt and can be pulled up and down. If you see two strings, one on left and one on right, means they’re fully moveable. If it only has one string, they will only tilt.

A:  Thank you for your question. The 10"-13" W blinds are center tilt only. These blinds do not have the function to be fully raised.

A:  The bracket that come with the blinds are only for side mounting

A:  Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the only brackets that can be used for these blinds is the side mounting brackets that come with the blinds. Please take in consideration of our 2.5" Cordless Faux Wood blinds. These blinds comes with top mounting brackets. Since you have a depth of 2" for your window casing, the best option is to semi-inside mount these blinds. This means the head rail will be mounted in the inside of the window and the valance will be on the outside of the window frame. A:  I purchased the same in Sept 2017 and they began to fall apart immediately. I exchanged 3 of them and the rest are all falling apart & warping. Not sure of any warranty on them but I am completely sure they are nothing but junk.

A:  Yes and no. Homedepot will custom cut the length you need. So you can get the size up from 36 and HD will cut it to fit.
