    A:  It depends how you want to mount the shade. The 46 in W will be small for both inside or outside mount. Perhaps ordering a 48 in W, you can outside mount it but it will be close to the window edges or slightly over.

          A:  Dear ShadyLady, We never had this request before. The hanging method of by hook and using 'eyes' is not the preferred method for Roman Shades. Please contact your local Home Depot and consult with Hardware Specialist for advice.
