A: Unfortunately, ya gotta drill 1/4 holes in the drawer for the projections on the handle to fit into. This also means that since the screws that come with the handle are 1 inch long, ya gotta cut the screws off to fit or go to the hardware store for shorter screws. Lotta work but the handles are primo.

A: Yes. I just purchased these. However, you will probably have to drill bigger holes (like I did) because they actually fit into the drawer (the little peg like things that the screws go into will have to go into the drawer). Hope that makes sense. It was kind of a pain but they are very nice & heavy. Also, the description says the center to center is 3.75 inches but it's not. They are actually 96mm which comes out to 3.77 which also is a slight inconvenience. It was just enough difference that I had to adjust the holes slightly. Hope this helps :)
