A:  Installing a replacement sensor is an option and can be purchased at the store. We recommend you follow all directions clearly that come with the replacement sensor when installing.

A:  Yes, it has a setting where it is totally off until it senses motion, upon which it comes on full for 1, 5, or 10 minutes, your choice. If movement continues, it will stay on. I liked the light so much, I bought a second one, and may get a 3rd.

A:  It could be a burnt-out bulb. 100 watt halogen. Remove the cover and take out the bulb. Take bulb to store and get replacement. Replace, then replace cover.

A:  Remove the 2 Phillips screws on the front of the unit. The entire front can then be pulled straight off. You will see a glass fixture around the bulb, held on by silver clamps, one at each end. Simply grab the glass and pull it directly down. The bulb will now be exposed. Using gloves (in case it should break), grab the bulb and push it to the right, against an internal spring. This will result in the left side of the bulb losing contact with the fitting on the left side, at which time you can swing the left side down and free from its contact. The right side will now drop free, too. Install a new bulb in the reverse manner, again, inserting it on the right side and pushing to the right to gain some room for inserting the left side. Remember to wear gloves again, not only to protect your hands from possible breakage, but also to keep oily residue from contaminating the bulb and shortening its life.

A:  at least 8 feet

A:  I have one at 6' and one at 8' and both operate perfectly. The one at 6' sees motion at least 30' away, and the one at 8' is mounted by the front door and only has a narrow alcove to scan, and it works perfectly, too. I've purchased my second one, having had the first one for 3 years now with flawless operation. I hope this is helpful.

A:  Take the outside cover off and reset switch to motion activated only. Reinstall cover.

A:  Yes. Just turn on the light and then turn it off and leave it off for about a minute. When you turn it back on it should be in "normal" mode, which is the motion activated function.

A:  Yes. At night, it can be set to either a low light level, or off. In either setting, motion will turn it on full brightness. You can set the timer to 1, 5, or 10 minutes. It will stay on longer if motion continues. There is also a function where you can manually turn it on and off.

A:  Dusk to Dawn in this fixture means that the light will only activate by motion at nighttime. It does not mean that the light stays on from dusk to dawn.
