The door bell chimes has a receiver that is already sync to the door bell. It has a range of 150'.

A: One of the other answers mentioned that for it to be wired it requires 16 Volt AC, 10 Watt or a 16 Volt AC, 15 Watt transformer. A wireless option is also available.

Q:Can't figure it out but, when someone rings the door bell across the street at my neighbors house my door bell also rings! My dogs go crazy, twice!

A: You can change the sound by pushing the Tune Select button located on the chime sound base. Remove the cover and the Tune Select button is located under the volume control knob.
