Q:Have this wireless chime by Zenith Heath. It is not working. Replaced batteries in both the unit and the wireless push button door bell. I can change the chime and the chime works. However, the push button will not cause the chime to work. How do I sync the push button to the chime as there is no sync button on the chime unit.

            A:  1st off check to see that you have good batteries, are they put in right. 2d If it still doesn't work, take it back to the Home Depot that you bought it at with the receipt. If you don't have the receipt ask them to check your credit card purchases and try to give them a time line of when you bought it. It may just be defective and it took some time to finally not work. One of these steps will work.

              Q:I want to replace existing hardwired doorbell and a push button, but I also need another pushbutton at another door. Can you use both wired and wireless at the same time? Additionally, can you add another wireless pushbutton (1 wired & 2 wireless).

              A:  Yes, You can use both wired and wireless push buttons with this unit. Please note when you install the chime you will need to wire it, do not add batteries to the chime base.

                    A:  DMP, This requires 1 16V transformer. You can have two buttons with this chimes. Please not if you install the chimes wirelessly you can only install wireless push buttons. If you wire the chime then you can install wireless or wireless push buttons.
