A:  Unfortunately it is not. All our products come with the LP Smartsiding. We currently do not have any OSB siding options at this time.

A:  We would not supply metal roofing. This type of roof would, in fact, void the manufacturer's material warranty. our sheds are designed to have a shingled roof.

A:  Shingles are not provided as part of the shed kit, the customer is responsible to purchase shingles for the storage building.

A:  Somerset 10x14 comes standard as a DIY kit.

A:  The building does not come pre-built. The items in the kit are pre-cut and pre-measured fo you to assemble.

A:  The wall studs are 24" on center. The floor framing is 16" on center. Our sheds are made to sit directly on the ground supported by 4x4 treated wood runners. Blocks may be used in the event the shed needs to be levelled.

A:  Pressure treated 4x4 runners are recommended to go under the building opposite the direction of the floor joists.

A:  For deliveries, a physical address is required. The delivery service is a curbside delivery. These deliveries are dropped off at the end of the driveway and must be signed for by someone 18 years of age or older.
