A:  They are included with the installed shed price but are not included in the DIY kit if purchased without installation.

A:  Yes, the shed sits on 4x4 pressure treated runners.

A:  Roof loads are measured by pounds per square foot. The Princeton 10x10 roof load is 30 lbs. per square foot. Certain areas of the country require building permits to build structures of a certain size. Minimum roof loads can be one of the specs required to attain a permit. So it's important to know if a building permit is required in your area & if so the specs required in that municipality. Thanks Chris K HHP

A:  The slab for this model is 10 ft x 9 ft 8-5/8 inches, with the door on the 10ft side.

A:  Unfortunately we cannot cut holes in the flooring.

A:  Unfortunately we do not move our sheds after they are initially installed.

A:  They clain they install 4x4 runners under the shed floor framing, normally these are spaced 6 feet apart, that is the normal spacing for your local shed haulers/ movers. Normally a move for a 10x10 can be $300-$600.

A:  Yes, we can work with a generator.

A:  The price listed for the installed Princeton includes delivery and installation. We require 3 feet of clearance on all sides of the shed, but also check with your city to confirm if they require more space from the property lines.

A:  The area will need to be leveled prior to installation. We can only level the shed within 6 inches.
