A:  Unfortunately, it's just not something we offer with this model.

A:  The walls come pre-primed but will need to be painted after assembly. It needs to be painted within 30 days of assembly to maintain the warranty.

A:  The somerset shed is from the premier series and the Princeton is from our marco series. The somerset is made with 2x4 construction and the Princeton is made with 2x3 construction.

A:  Shingles do not come with any shed kit. This way, you may choose what matches your home or other out buildings.

A:  The wall studs are 24" on center.

A:  It is in beige color.

A:  This is a Do-It-Yourself building and does not include installation.

A:  Our sheds do not meet the Florida Hurricane Codes.

A:  These sheds may not meet FL code for hurricanes, but in 2004 when 8 hit the state, to include Tallahassee, the shed I built withstood the wind, rain, and a huge tree falling on it. It sustained no damage!!! I moved in 08, but I bet it is still standing!!! I sealed the entire inside and outside with durable, paintable, calking. I placed more supports between the truss and the wall plates. Before I built the floor, I made 1'x1'x(2"x4"# form, poured 1cf of concrete, as the concrete cured I had placed metal straps into the concrete and wrapped this metal over the sub floor joist. I placed 1 at each corner, the joist was 90 degree centered over the concrete block. 1 was placed between the 4 corner posts. I then evenly placed more blocks under the rest of the floor joists and attached them in the same fashion. I placed the flooring with metal tabs extending outward so that I could wrap them around the bottom plate of the walls. I built the walls, secured the straps, and then placed the siding. I used hurricane straps of different types to attach studs, bottom plates, top plates, and corner studs. The doors were also reinforced. I prepped the ground with pesticide, herbicide, and mothballs-keeps snakes out. You can pour an entire concrete floor, but that is very expensive and it isn't necessary! Go to HD and research the extras you can do to build your building. Plan it out and your building will work well for you!! EVEN IN FLORIDA!!!!!!!
