A: everything is 2x4s. including the joists supporting the floor. I chose not to purchase the floor and build my own with treated 3/4" plywood and 2x6 treated joists.

A: you can purchase it with the floor or without. I chose to build my own floor because I did not like the 2x4 joists

Q:Is it possible to put the building length wise and put the door at the end(12 ft) and not add the little roof?

A: Yes, it has instructions on how to move the door to where you want it. No need to add the little roof, it's not functional, just for looks.
