A: In Cass County, Northern Minnesota Near the town of Remer I have a two acre wooded plot. The county told me that I could build a shed up to 150 square feet, NO permit needed. I don't know if that's Minnesota wide or just my county. A 12x12 shed is144 square feet.

Answer This Question
A: No. It arrives as a large bundle 4' X 8' X 30 inches on a skid. When you open up the cardboard and plastic wrapping. You will see it is made up of wood pieces cut to size. This includes all of the needed hardware and fasteners to assemble the shed in well marked packages.
The instructions are pretty good but with great drawings.
The boards are coded and are shown that way in the instructions with total of each item needed for assembly of that section of the building.
If you have some experience building with a tape measure, hammer, level and drill you should be able to assemble it.
