        A:  There are 3 speeds in this fan, low, medium and high speed. The fan has a directional switch which controls the forward and reverse direction. The fan doesn't come with a remote control.

                A:  If you have a dimmer switch it can cause it to flash. Mine did the same.

                A:  If a remote or or wall dimmer was added, lights will flicker due to included light bulbs not being dimmable bulbs. Please call 1-877-527-0313 if further assistance is needed.

                    A:  No other glass available for this model, you may use 9 watt LED bulbs on this fan.

                      A:  You can change the glass. I was going to change to clear also but when the fan was installed I liked the white. My husband did put LED chandelier bulbs in our fan.
