A:  Unfortunately the majority of customers preferred the incandescent light over the white commercial temperature of 5000K so we set the kelvin at 3000K just a little brighter than the normal 2700K you get from incandescent bulbs. Currently we don't have a 5000K LED module replacement due to the low demand. But in the future having the option of 3000K and 5000K might be added to LED fans if enough customer feedback is presented.

A:  The bulbs may be replaced and are 10 watt LED bulbs.

A:  The Etris has a special LED Light Kit that cannot be replaced with a universal light kit. If your original fan has lights that have failed and it is a Hampton Bay model, you may call to have that troubleshot over the phone. That might be something that is repairable.
