A:  Am not aware of any. Suggest a scrap of thin white veneer (PVC, wood, plastic laminate, etc) cut larger than the opening and neatly glued to the rear side of the plate.

A:  Not sure, I ordered this one. It's kinda an off white or light cream color. I have seen it in black and I think I saw a silver one, so you might be able to get it in white.
