A:  Most likely not, it appears to me Hampton Bay makes minor changes to the design of solar solar pathway light from year to year, these were sold for a long time sitting on pallets at home depot at a great price, once they are gone, THEY ARE GONE! Its just been my experience and ive bought several different models for home depot thru the years and they have performed well, i definitely recommend the brand Hampton Bay

A:  I think so. They no longer make them with glass, they are plastic lenses. I was very disappointed when they arrived. I needed some solar tops because some I had fogged up and did not charge. The tops are not interchangeable, so I ended up using 2 plastic ones. The original ones were great, except for the fogging of the solar lense.

A:  I have not seen them in stores anymore either. I do like them and still have some working.

A:  I used these to replace a set of damaged lights along a path and while the old lights had a pretty harsh blue tint that wasn't very pleasing to the eye, these have a much warmer yellow tint.

A:  They use solar rechargeable batteries. Mine say 1.2 Ni-Mh AA 600mAh on them. Go to Batteries Plus with your unit and they can help you. Should have come with batteries in them?

A:  They require no batteries, it's solar, take the strip off and turn the switch to on, and put them where ever you want. Hope that answers your question.

A:  I use the regular rechargeable AA batteries. They are Energizer. They work fine. Love these lanterns.

A:  The light is Yellow. It looks very pretty and sturdy in construction but the lights by it self are dull. It could have been much brighter.

A:  On clearance at my HD at a little over $2 per light. As cheap as buying replacement batteries and you have spares.

A:  NO but the plastic over the solar cell becomes opaque like headlights. Used headlight polish to clear.

A:  We have had these for about a year and they have not faded!

A:  The bronze color is not fading. I do keep the lights wiped free from water spots and debris.

A:  I think I've had these for 6 months in the hot Southern California sunshine. They are still a lovely copper color.
