A:  I haven't had to change mine yet (bought about nine months ago) but for the last set of solar lights that I had I bought the special batteries that THD sells specifically for these types of lights. Hampton Bay Ni-MH rechargeable batteries for solar lights.They are in the section with the solar yard lights and I believe these take the AA size. These batteries are supposed to last longer as they are made for solar lights.

A:  They must be AA rechargeable batteries.

A:  They take AA size batteries??!! The best batteries in the market are the Energizer made rechargeable ones, they perform the best??!! You must also, for best result replace those depleted batteries first thing in the morning for best results, as most batteries lose charge when not in use any way??!! And you must make sure that these solar lights are under direct sunlight from dusk till dawn, even then cloudy days will make them not work properly and yes, you might need to replace those rechargeable batteries again??!! I really think all solar lights must be made with two chambers for two AA rechargeable batteries??!! We have very old solar unites, with two AA batteries no matter what the lighting conditions they perform brilliantly, without the need to ever replace those batteries?!! Solar light manufacturers please note??!!

A:  Yes, I bought 12 solar path lights little over a year ago and we love them. They have an amazing light pattern that lights our garden at night. We left them in our garden all winter and all of the path lights are still going strong...wonderful light pattern on the snow too.

A:  Online @ Home Depot. I had to order a spike because the last shipment was missing one. That's where I got it

A:  I just bought six more from homedepot.com. It took a week or two to get them but worth the wait.

A:  As with most things, "design" is a matter of personal preference--and there are "a million" or more different preferences (smile)! Mine? . . on the design of this light? . . . . I have a half-dozen or more of them and I LIKE THEM!

A:  We have about 10 of these in our flower beds and along our sidewalk and we love them. They give a nice patterned light to the walk and are very pretty to look at. We have had no problems with them. I tried to upload an image of the lights, but it didn't work.

A:  I really lije mine and I have had them over a year and they still look good and work great.
