A:  I don’t think Home Depot sells fitted tops to their cabinets. You would probably need to order some kind of top either Formica  or granite or whatever it is you desire but you would likely have to order it. Alternatively, you go see if you can find a local countertop maker, and for something simple like that they might be able to do it up in a day or two.
