Q:What's the weight each drawer holds?

Answer This Question
A: The drawers and mechanisms get tested to ensure they can operate with loading during everyday use. They are loaded at 15 pounds per square foot and then go through 25,000 cycles. They must operate without failure in any part of the drawer assembly or operating system. The drawer bottoms cannot be stressed to interfere with drawer operation. We hope this helps you move forward with your project planning, and we thank you for considering Hampton Bay to be a part of it.

You can search for model number KDB18-UFDF to see the cabinet shown here in that finish.
