Q:I didn't install the fixture and now 1 year later the light is super dim, and I can't figure out how to get the cover off to try and change the bulb.

A: This is very easy to service. You just turn the globe with your hands
and it comes out of the mounting mechanism. No tools needed.

A: Hello hnbtaz,
If you click on the orange arrow by the word specifications, under the photo of the product, you will open a page with all the details you need. On the right you will see instructions and assembly. Click on those word for complete details.
Basicly put your hands on either side of the light and turn it clockwise , so it will move in the retains slot and be able to drop down.

A: You have to unscrew the acrylic shade. It comes off very easily. Then change the bulbs as you would any fluorescent.

A: Dear Valued Customer,
A dimmer is not recommended for the bulbs included with this fixture. You may replace bulbs with dimming bulbs, if preferred. Uses (1) 22 watt and (1) 32 watt T9 circline 4100K fluorescent lamps (included)
