    A:  For me I put in dimmable LED bulbs and put in a dimmer. It gives off a bright white. This also comes in a 3 light as well that we installed and those are even brighter.

            A:  The glass globe is a twist and lock design. You have to hold it and twist to unlock it. Hope this helps.
