Q:My light came without cap nuts to cover the screws! The closest thing would be the Hampton Bay Crawley 2-Light Oil-Rubbed Bronze Vanity Light with White Glass Shades. I'm going to assume the nut caps are the same.

Answer This Question
A: Yes. Mine are mounted facing upward. There have been no problems during the two years I have had them.

A: Our contractor installed them so not 100% certain but I believe they could have been flipped no problem.

A: If it doesn't swivel around, then probably not.

A: Our fixture is mounted with the shades facing down. However, I just referred to the “Use And Care Guide” instruction manual that was supplied with the fixture. The guide lists the directions that will allow for the proper installation. Also, the illustrations listed in the manual display the light as being installed with the shades facing up. Looking at my fixture, it appears as though it would be rather easy to install the fixture with the shades facing up, or down, whichever is preferred, for anyone experienced with that type of mounting. Of course, just my opinion,
