Q:I feel like this umbrella is way too tall above my table...I am afraid it is going to tip..it seems too tall. Does anyone else have this problem? I have not used it yet because of this.

A: Just cut the bottom of the pole off to desired height. Be sure you cut the bottom and not the top. The top has the hole in the pole for the umbrella to lock in.

A: Home Depot sells umbrella bases that should be able to assist. We do advise taking the umbrella down during severe/windy weather to avoid tip overs.

A: The bottom pole is 1.5" in diameter, so any stand that will fit that size.

Q:I currently have an umbrella (Pacific Umbrella #529-014), which I purchased several years ago. The frame is in good condition. However, the canopy has deteriorated and requires replacement. Can I purchase the canopy only? If so, is it available in gray (which is the color of the table and chairs)?

Q:The product description says the pole is an espresso finish but the box at the top of the product page indicates a charcoal pole when the Grey umbrella fabric is selected. Can someone confirm that the pole is indeed charcoal for the grey umbrella? Thanks!
