Q:A lot of people that bought these Metal Wall Plates — Satin Nickel, show pictures with paint pealing off of them? This is unacceptable. They should be powder coated or finished like faucets. Did you change the manufacturing process to address this issue?

                    Q:How can I order 2 Duplex and a Rocker and a Duplex? I need 2 plates in total. 1 is the 2 Duplex....the other is the Rocker and a Duplex.....not sure this is clear or not - but how do I get these designs in the Hampton Bay Tiered styles????
