Q:2 of the bulbs are not working, where can I get the replacement bulbs and how to fix it. Please guide?

A: Good day, this fixture uses G9 bi-pin Halogen bulbs & you can get it in any of the stores like HD. Replacement method is by pulling & pushing gently. please see some youtube videos for guidance.

Q:How do you get the skinny light bulb out?

A: Make sure the light is off long enough for the bulb to cool, hold the shade with 1 hand and reach into the shade to grab the bulb with 2 fingers of the other hand and pull. Maybe wiggle it a little while pulling. If you do not hold the shade while pulling, you risk pulling the socket out of the arm, as happened to me. If that happens you will need to replace the entire fixture.

A: Hello, you have to be gentle, when removing the bi-pin bulb. Please refer to page 6 of the installation guide to see removal.

Q:How do you remove the bulbs? They don’t seem to just pull out with my fingers.

A: They usually do for me, but sometimes I have to gently move them inside the socket in all directions but careful so they don’t break.
I have 3 of these in my bathrooms, a 4 light, a 5 light and a 6 light. Had them for probably 5 years or so and I’m very happy.
