A:  I don't know why not ..

A:  Yes it can.

A:  The dimensions of the mounting plate are 4.5 W X 5.5 H”.

A:  Not as easy as it could be. You have to remove two small nuts and remove the top. When installing or after changing a bulb, do not over tighten or it will be worse to remove next time. I suggest a good quality LED bulb and you will not have to worry about changing it for a long time.

A:  You simply just unscrew the nuts on the top hood to remove and access the bulb.

A:  It is very easy to change the bulb. Just unscrew the pointed tip at the top and you can lift the dome right off. However, I have a difficult time cleaning the glass on the inside. There are 3-4 screws underneath that should allow you to take the whole glass assembly off to wash them. Unfortunately, those screws must be made of aluminum and you can't take them loose because they just strip with the first turn. Now, washing them is quite a chore. I have a total of 8 and to clean them is literally an all day chore!

A:  Yes, all the screws and parts were there. Three years ago we bought 4 of these lights in total, 2 larger ones for sides of garage and 2 smaller versions for front door. The lights were easy to install, my husband did it himself. These lights provide a really good amount of light, which we need living out in the country with no neighbors or street lights. We get lots of complements on them, we love them, they were a great update!

A:  No, this unit does not have a photo sensor.

A:  No this does not have a built-in photocell detector. There is another smaller but very similar light by Hampton Bay that does have the photocell built in, but this one does not. I installed a LED bulb that had the photocell built into the bulb and it works great! It was a 60watt equivalent LED bulb.

A:  No, it does not have a sensor of any kind. I do love these lanterns, we got the small 1 bulb lights for porches and decks and the 3 light bulb bigger lanterns for outside garage, they look great and give off good light.

A:  No motion sensor. Just on and off. Search for model# HB7251M-292 for a similar wall lantern with both motion sensor and dusk to dawn.

A:  This light is made with cast aluminum.

A:  It is metal. Both aluminum and steel, about 60/40. So over half of it won't rust while the other half will... Seems odd that they did it this way but I checked with a magnet.
