    A:  Hello Anonymous, If you are using the inside method to install these blinds you would order a 28.5 " blind. It will actually be 28" wide so that you will have 1/4" space on each side. The manufacture will make that adjustment. You indicate the actual size of the opening. As far as lenght of the blinds you would choose the 72". You can modify at home on your own.       A:  For an inside mount you would want to order 41.5''. Without an outside measurement an outside mount dimensions cannot be determined.
