A:  It would be difficult as you would not be able to nail it to the wall since there is tike on it. Could possibly use some good adhesive to secure it to the wall.

A:  Hello IISA, thank you for your inquiry. Our recommended process for installing this wainscot paneling kit is to attached to the wall using finishing nails. If you choose to attach the paneling with an adhesive we strongly recommend speaking to a PRO in the Home Depot adhesive department for suggestions. A:  Yes you can cut to size. A miter saw or skill saw works fine.

A:  Yes, you can cut the panels down. A table saw is the best tool to use but a circular saw would work fine as well

A:  No, the base and chair rail are only sold as part of the wainscot kit and are not sold separately... They may sell base and chair rail boards in their wood trim area but it would not be the same profile as in the kit and would not match to the best of my knowledge...

On Homedepot.com the panels can be found under item number 100484658, the chair rail under item number 203076068 and the base under item number 203076067. Please contact your local store to confirm availability in your region.

A:  32 is just the height of the panel, trim makes it around 36 total

So these photos come from the supplier, they are not provided by Home Depot so it's not a wallpaper that we necessarily carry. A:  Measurement between the beads is 1-3/16”

A:  Yes, you’ll just need to caulk the top of the trim for a seamless fit

A:  Yes you could, but I would knock down any high points and possibly remove the texture where the top trim is installed so there would not be gaps...
